ORTEC Seminar and Thermo - instrumentation and software
We prepared a seminar for our customers from the Czech and Slovak Republics which was held at the ENVINET a.s. training center in Trebic on 23 and 24 June 2010. The main topic of the seminar was the spectrometry of ionizing radiation. Various lectures were devoted both to instrumentation equipment for laboratory and field spectrometry and related software for analysis and evaluation of data. The practical part was devoted to the presentation of individual instruments (laboratory and mobile - portable spectrometric tracks including „pocket“ spectrometers).
SUPER NEMO project builds on the previous project NEMO 3 (Neutrino Ettore Majorana Observatory). It is an international research project in which various research institutions from around the world are involved. Scintillation detectors for the SUPER NEMO project represent non-standard products. Currently in addition to our company it is also the American firm Eljen and Russion firm SUJV Dubna which participate in the first phase of the development of new scintillation detectors for detection of neutrinos.
