Automotive Lighting s.r.o., Jihlava Control SystemBosch Series CL200, Terminal Bosch BT5 Brief DescriptionDesign, project, software development and deployment of the automatons for electric functions control of headlights – ZM-44 (Mitsubishi) and ZS-44 (Smart). The machine design is based on the Bosch assembly parts; manufactured components are made of stainless steel or hard aluminum. The pneumatic part consists of the Bosch and SMC parts. The machine is embedded with safety elements pursuant to ČSN technical standards and additional VDA standards for automotive industry. Basic FunctionsZM-44 Station- check of the proper attachment of the headlight parabola in the headlight body by a test of removing the headlight body using adjustable force
- check of the proper attachment of the dimmed headlight in the headlight body by a pressure from the bottom using adjustable force
- xcheck of the proper attachment of the headlight connectors (central and LWR) by a pressure using adjustable force
- check of the presence and proper mounting of the orange blinker filter
- check of the headlight electrical circuits – automatic connection of both connectors and measurement of the electrical circuits' permeability
- efficiency test of the blinker light bulb and parking light bulb
- check of the LWR servomotor function for the adjustment of the dimmed headlight height, measuring the parabola sway range and comparison with requested magnitudes
- check of the function (with momentum measurements) of the mechanical height adjustment of the high beam and dimmed headlight using the electrically controlled screw units, measuring the parabola sway range and comparison with requested magnitudes
ZS-44 Station- check of the proper attachment of the headlight parabola in the headlight body by a test of grasping and removing the headlight body using adjustable force
- check of the proper attachment of the dimmed light PES unit in the headlight body by a test of grasping and removing the headlight body using adjustable force
- check of the proper attachment of the headlight connector by a pressure using adjustable force
- check of the headlight electrical circuits – automatic connection of both connectors and measurement of the electrical circuits' permeability
