Automotive Lighting s.r.o., Jihlava Control SystemBosch Series CL200, Terminal Bosch BT5 Brief DescriptionDesign, project, software development and deployment of two automatons for control of functionality and calibrated preliminary adjustment of the adjustable elements for the headlight height and side adjustment for all manufactured types of the headlights for Mercedes-Benz DC W169, DC W203, DC W220 and DC W221. The machine design is based on the Bosch assembly parts; manufactured components are made of stainless steel or hard aluminum. The pneumatic part consists of the Festo and Bosch parts. The input and output signaling circuits are connected via PROFIBUS-DP. The machine is embedded with safety elements pursuant to ČSN technical standards and additional VDA standards for automotive industry.
